Before Kels.AI, I served as general manager of an IT services company supporting small and mid-sized businesses. I led the organization end to end: operations, the technical team and the client relationships that drove its growth. The lesson I carry forward is simple. The best technology is the kind a business owner understands and actually uses.
For seven years I also owned and operated Jumpin' Trout Java in Livingston, Montana. I know the long days, the to-do list that never ends and how much every customer matters.
Kels.AI brings those two perspectives together: the discipline of running a technology company and the practical instincts of a small business owner. I work directly with every client, from the first conversation through launch and beyond.
